SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Ironclad Engineering will endeavour to ship out orders as soon as possible. If there are any unforseen delays with your order you will be contacted and given an updated delivery lead time.

Items that are made to order will be noted on the listing and the time frame given is an estimate only however we will do everything we can to meet the quoted time frames and any delays will be notified.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is as per the Australian Consumer Law with the following additions:
Custom made and Made to Order parts are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty/Damaged products will be assessed upon return and you will be issued with an exchange, repair or refund as applicable. If the items are not an Ironclad Engineering product the item, Ironclad Engineering may be required to forward the item to the original manufacturer for warranty claims.

Goods WILL NOT be accepted for return unless packaging is in 'As New' condition. A restocking fee of 50% may be applicable and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Change of mind refunds will be accepted up to 21 days from date of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% is applicable to all change of mind refunds. All return postage fees will be assumed from the purchaser.
